After we get to know each other during our Pre Planning Meeting, we'll have a good idea of which venues you'd like as a canvas for your wedding day vision. After scheduling the tours for you, we'll tag along to your 3 favorite venues & assist with the decision process.
With your needs & vision in mind, we will reach out to the vendors who would be a good fit. After receiving quotes, we'd share the options with you for the final decision - leaving the back & forth to us & the selection to you.
You'll never have to wonder about a question. We can be your go-to bestie for any questions you may have. We can schedule meetings outside of our monthly reviews, as needed. You're not alone!
Unlimited Vendor Meetings
Hotel Block Assistance
We would love an invite to as many, if not all, vendor meetings as possible. Usually, we schedule these for you, but feel free to invite us to any you schedule on your own.
We will reach out to local hotels to negotiate the best room block that fits your guests' needs.
Event Design
With the design board we created together, we'll be able to share the vision with all vendors. The design board will capture all aspects like the linen color, style of flatware & more. Allow us to gather a vendor team that can bring these details to life.
With the budget sheet we created together, we can ensure each vendor we plan to move forward with aligns with our goals. You will receive an updated sheet with every new vendor & payment, along with payment reminders.
Invitation Suite Assistance
RSVP Tracking
Once we have the design solidified, the major details & the guest list, we can get going with your invitation suite! This is always a such sentimental moment as it officially brings your friends and family into the planning process. We'll help finalize your save the dates, invitations, rsvp card & more before sharing it with the world. We'll even collaborate on the website creation!
Want one less thing to keep organized? We've got you! By sending the RSVPs our way, we can keep track of everyone's responses & send you updates. If you choose an online RSVP platform, we are still there for you to ensure the correct details are being noted & collected.
