Want one less thing to keep organized? We've got you! By sending the RSVPs our way, we can keep track of everyone's responses & send you updates. If you choose an online RSVP platform, we are still there for you to ensure the correct details are being noted & collected.

The Rehearsal Dinner or After Wedding Brunch is the cherry on top to help start or close out your celebration. We can help with the venue & catering booking process, as well as finding additional vendors to complete the event.

We can be that friend you are dying to share your secret Pinterest board with! We'll take those ideas & create a design board that showcases all your favorite details. With that, you can share it with all your vendors to provide the inspiration they need to join our collaboration to make the wedding day YOURS!

We'll get together to review realistic expectations of what wedding details could cost. Info from our Pre Planning Meeting will help determine the estimated budget. This budget will act as a guide when booking vendors on your own.

Other than the opportunity for us to visualize your vision in the space, we can provide suggestions, ask the venue coordinator questions, jot down notes about new ideas & so much more.

Stationary Assembly

Hotel Block Assistance

Depending on where you order your save the dates or invitations, you might need to assemble them yourself - OR we can do that for you!

We will reach out to local hotels to negotiate the best room block that fits your guests' needs.

Checking In Meeting

Please do not hesitate to let us know when something is keeping you up at night. We want to be the ease to that stress by getting to the nitty gritty about what you might need extra assistance with.

This online planning tool is our absolute favorite! Aisle Planner will help you stay on track with our collaboration takes a break. With this, you won't have to worry if your to-do list is correct - we'll set that up for you! Not to mention keeping your vendor files organized.
