We'll ask your venue for the floor plan they've created to provide extra insight. If your venue does not provide one, we are here to help create one.

Decor Drop Off
All contracts will be collected & thoroughly reviewed to confirm what each vendor is providing. Each vendor will be contacted to finalize any remaining questions & details to ensure everyone is on the same page for wedding day.
After gathering all the info you, your venue & vendors have shared, we'll have a Final Meeting. The meeting will ensure that all details shared with us align & are presented flawlessly on a Final Timeline.
Not only will you have a planner to coordinate the day with vendors, but you will also have a Set-up Assistant to help confirm all details, along with a "Couple's" Assistant to make sure YOU are 100% taken care of.
As we said, we are there will you every step of the way! Feel free to hand off your décor at our final meeting, rehearsal, or the week of your wedding. This way you can truly relax knowing we have all the tools we need to create your vision on wedding day.

Celebrations! will be there for all the behind-the-scenes moments. Starting at the get ready location, moving to photos, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception & send off - we are there!
